Peach Swimwear ships Monday thru Friday, except on Holidays. 

Orders placed after 4 PM PST will be shipped on the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The customer is responsible for all customs fees at the destination. Peach Swimwear is not responsible for items that are not delivered by local post offices or not claimed at customs.

Please note that all carriers are currently having delays in their deliveries due to the pandemic and inclement weather.

Peach Swimwear is committed to shipping your order within 24 hours, but factors outside of our control may impact the delivery of your order. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• SALE items cannot be returned, only exchanged for another size, style or store credit. 

• Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged.   

• Returns or exchanges can only be requested within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. No exceptions will be made.

• Peach Swimwear offers FREE RETURN on US orders only ($100 and over), within 14 days only.
• If the original order is less than $100 shipping cost for the return will be deducted from the amount to be refunded
• Every return/exchange needs a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Peach Swimwear. To obtain an RA, please send an email to Info@peachswimwear.com with your original order number, your name, address and phone number, and the reason for return.
• Peach Swimwear will credit the original form of payment you used in the purchase within 30 days of return.
• NOTE: once Peach Swimwear sends you a prepaid return label, it must be used within 5 business days or the return will not be accepted, and the item will be considered a final sale. 

Peach Swimwear cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been worn, soiled, washed or have had their tags or protective label removed. All tags and labels must be intact, and the item must be returned in the original Peach Swimwear custom bag.

Our staff will dispose of items returned in any of these conditions or returned to the customer. If you choose to have your item returned to you, you are responsible for the shipment. 

If you would like to exchange for another item or size, please describe that in your email, providing details such as style, colour and size(s).
